  • this video deserves more views. i love scout pro, always start with a sniper and then switch out straight away. probably opposite from you though , i use the AR mostly and switch to my sniper when i feel its necersary

  • @ribano182 That is actually a good idea. Also, now that Overkill is making a return in Mw3, there are going to be some sweet sniper set ups. Just think, we can now have a shotgun as secondary (most likely) and have fast access to it with the faster weapon swap perk. Snipers will be effective close and far.

  • slecht

  • Awesome video. subbed.

  • This is aawesome man, love the format and the series.

    More Scout Sniping!!!!!

  • New sub and new fan! I love this format. I'm not a sniper, but have been thinking of trying it out -- your tips are awesome -- LOVE the music and the strategies (in print). You've got your own style man -- keep up the awesome work.

  • @FartSymphony Cool man, thanks for the support and positive comment. Made me smile. I'll be uploading a Sniper Skills tutorial soon with everything you should know when Sniping.

  • The video won't play on my iPhone (must contain copyrighted music), so I haven't watched it yet, but have you used the psg1 much? I rather like it myself as it's power is comparable to the L96.

  • how many guys you have on OTC... of my 14 days of playing I have yet to run into you folks

  • @koov87 I think we reached 200 members, recently.

  • well done

  • I sound like the biggest noob in the wold here, but I camp. Not all the time, sometimes I use either the steakout, the AK-47, or the FN-FAL flamethrower attatchment. Cant remember what its called but I think the last sniper you get is the only reasonable quickscoper.

  • @flippyrulz123 You would be right, the last one is a better choice. OHK from stomach up and its semi-auto. But I like the way the bolt action works and it takes more skill to use. I just like it better, lol.

  • @SpectreTheHorseman People overrate the L96-A1.

  • another great vid man. I'd love to see the firing range sniping gameplay as well. Also what kind of headset do you use?

  • @pmpinaintez11 I juse the Tritton Ax Pro's

  • @SpectreTheHorseman Nice, I have the AX 720s. I feel as though people without a headset/ not using ninja are at a huge disadvantage.

  • Awesome video!

  • Great vid

    love the tips

  • nice play as usual m8! ;)

  • VERY nice video man! Entertaining and easy to follow tutorial, I love it!

Also very nice use of cinematics, it made the vid easier to follow and added a bit more depth to the video. (If you catch my drift)

Definetely a like on this one! This kind of videos deserve more views ;)

  • Great editing as always. How about some flame thrower gameplay? :)

  • @thermalrat Awhile ago I was actually going to make a video to Johnny Cash, Ring of Fire. I have some flamethrower and napalm clips for it but I didn't get enough.

  • Great video! I love this one and the one on stockpile, but... uh don't ever compare anyone to Pantera mmkay. LOL. Seriously though keep up the good work. I definitely prefer the pop up method to the commentated type

  • cool sniping. add me on the ps3. imma quick scoper also.

    anthony_vangsta

    thats my online name.

  • @Vincient14 Thanks man, I play on xbox though, sorry I can't join you.

  • @SpectreTheHorseman ohhh no wonder the graphics werent that good. lol. welps good playing though.

  • good stuff spectre, glad you have brought your talents and tips to the OTC. what first tier perk were you using? i figure you were using scout and ninja for the 2nd and 3rd

  • @Raynman8008 I have 2 sniper classes I use. Hardline and Marathon for breakout starts and to get to the counter spy planes. Then if I'm getting killed a lot because of uav's or soundwhoring, I use ghost and ninja on the second one. Both use scout pro of course.

  • @SpectreTheHorseman makes sense, thanks i'll take that into consideration fosho

  • I like this. Do more.

Lol... I dont even play cod anymore, though I still enjoy your videos.

  • cool vid

  • You play very similarly to me but i don't snipe. The tactics are pretty much the same though. I, like you am very aware of where my team are spawning and where the other team will be spawning as a result of this. I rarely go to high activity areas as you will more than likely be shot youself after 1 or 2 kills. What do you mean by the "Fake Out" move? It looks to me like something I already use which is basically pretending to run away and returning straight away to catch them off guard?

  • @TRAXXAS59 Yep, exactly. It works like a charm. I rank it up there with the dropshot and jumpshot for skills you should know and use.

  • @SpectreTheHorseman It does work very well, most people will either think you have run off and begin to reload or think you have run off and try to sprint after you, which is when you pop back round the corner and get them when they are unable to shoot. I go through phases with techniques usually, I nearly always jump around corners or when I am in trouble and I've had phases of ALWAYS dropshotting the moment I see an enemy or get shot at, all 3 of these techniques work very well for me.

  • Tbh... Sniping on Black Ops is the most pointless thing ever as it seems I don't get kills when I am aimed at the guy, but when I miss the guy by a small amount i get the kill. SOOO many killcams have been off target and got the kill that it's just stupid.

  • nice vid love your work

and thanks for a new convoyn spot

  • Nice man, gonna try some of theese tips out as soon as i can :P By the way do you got any tips on how to aim better? or maybe some seeing-teqnuiqes or something lol, when i meet an ak74 face2face head on i have a hard time killing them before they kill me with a sniper rifle :P

  • @styxkeeper Best advice I can give is to slow it down. you don't have to be moving constantly. Take up a defensive position and practice not moving and count to 3 or 5. You'll be surprised how many people will run out during that time and now you're behind cover and they are in the open.

  • @SpectreTheHorseman hmm, ok, pretty logical i guess :) thanks

  • @styxkeeper if you want to aim better, try shooting from the hip first, then aiming second. The first couple bullets at hip fire helps you win one vs one gun fights.

  • @SpectreTheHorseman Yeah, I was thinking sniper-wise, I use a sniperrifle 80% of the time :P

  • @styxkeeper When dragscoping, I do not always hold my breath and that seems to help as well.
