Ive been there. Its the Custom Shop in Memphis Tenn. You can go on tours and stuff there. The best job on the production line is final testing. You pretty much get paid to play fancy new Gibsons EVERY DAY!

They used to give factory second parts to workers to finish at home. I live in TN and my dad and I know some people that used to work at the nashville plant, and they have quite a few gibsons they got to take home and build.

@zacharybroyles not anymore.. ever since juskejerk took over the factory second stuff thats not rehabable as a second.. goes into well guarded dumpsters in the back of the factory where they are disposed of post haste..

I doubt it. GM and Toyota don't give out cars to their employees. Most likely, Gibson workers just get a nice discount on anything they buy.
