I think they maybe fake, I could be wrong but when I got mine the Headphones came in a little plastic bag in the carrying case. This doesn't mean their fake however It sometimes depends on where you get them from a lot of places online are selling fakes so watch out.

Honestly, I believe the "henge" problem are on all of the beats by dre headphones excluding the earbuds. My cousin has the black studios and yes I see the henge problem as well. He's not technical about stuff like tht. But anyhow. I plan on getting the solo HD. Either black or red.

But I don't think beats by dre users will get around the henge problem. I guess there are a few tht are fine but some aren't

I just got the Solo HD's and I found out I overpayed and I'm going to return them. Then I did some research and found out Sennheiser HD 280 Pro's may be better and also cheaper...if anyone could give me some feedback about that, I'd appreciate it.
