lol i'm sorry but we all know this one of the best scenes of the season. The only problem I have is what these motherfuckers we're eating. Dunkin Donuts coffee, a bag of chips, and some type of hoagie. I've seen this show so much that this little thing makes me laugh every time I watch.
The reason Bodie got his ass thrown in jail was because he was pissed that little Kevin died and he threw a fit. He was pissed at MARLO! Then he says "yo when I get jammed up where they at!?" Bodie has convenient amnesia. He hated Marlo for doing little Kevin but then he acts like he wanted them to bail his ass out? No he didn't. Besides, what does "jammed up" even mean at this point. McNulty said the charges were dropped. He spent a night in prison.
You can hear the weariness in his voice. He's had enough of all the he's had to do to survive in West Baltimore. It's funny, the same thing he killed someone for in Season 1... he is about to do.
Bodie was one of my fav characters, he did what needed to get done in his world.
It was sad when he died, you have to feel for McNulty, but I always wonder when he chucks the clip board down was he upset that Bodie got clipped or because he lost someone that would of snitched on Marlo...
I like McNutty and I can feel how he feels about what happened to Bodie.I don't agree with the crap Bodie was doing but he was a soldier,him and michael to me is real. Bodie played his part excellent, Marlo just an asshole.
Bodie knows how the game is played. He played his part strait, like a soldier, and was treated like shit by the higher ups. The dudes in power, Marlo, the mayor, couldn't get there without cheating. These systems reward the bad and punish the good.
This show is crazy good. I liked the sopranos, but shit this is raw. When bodie got clipped...man that was shitty. At least he went out like a soldier, and not in no shitty ass vacant crack house. I just wish he woulda capped one of the three ghosts.
