I'm not sure how much I believe this. I have never seen anyone ever reject an atheist. I have many religious friends, non of which reject me. Maybe its because I live in Boston, maybe its because I'm already so controversial, but I stopped trusting CNN when Michael Jackson's ex not having a press conference was more important than anything in Iraq, or the economy.
Are you kidding? Come live in Texas and ask whether atheists are tolerated! Kids called me a satanist throughout high school because I mentioned I was atheist, and, although it doesn't seem to coincide with my name, I'm not militant; I don't get into religious arguments unless someone really starts it and won't let it go, and I'm extremely tolerant of other people's beliefs. And yet I was relentlessly harassed throughout high school; It's just ridiculous!

So messed up.... The word atheism. All it SHOULD entail is nonbelief in a deity. That's ALL. I wish atheists would stop fucking around and trying to remove stuff from shit and being so... militant! because atheism isn't a religion, or a culture, we don't stick together, you know? It's messed up. Why don't we all just mind our business and why don't the theists mind THEIR business, and maybe we can get past this shit!
