Think about businesses, they won't have to provide health care for employees because everyone is already covered. This means the employer can hire more people or give more raises. Isn't that good for the economy? There only one plan that does it and that's single payer and the government said that SP is off the table, off the table? The most cost effective system? HR 676 does not change health care just how you pay for it. Higher taxes? Under HR 676 you would pay a payroll tax of 3.5%, $3.50 for each 100.00 earned. Google single payer cost, it is the most cost effective system hands down. Everyone in, everybody pays. No premiums, no deductibles, no co-pays. Go to any doctor/hospital, none are out of network. Lose your job, covered, move across the country, covered. Get cancer, covered. Repubicans want insurance kickbacks, that's why they don't want reform

That maybe true about Obama's plan but HR 676 single payer, medicare for all will save the country 293 billion dollars a year and cover everybody.

All republicans toll the same line, don't change health care. Republicans had congress for 6 of the last 8 years, did any of them bring up health care?
