Oh phew.. This is a pretty extreme example of 3d-- When i focused on the watch, as it was near the camera, i saw 2 faces.. But when i shifted my focus on the head, i got 2 watches instead :P U guys get this too?
Holy forced perspective, Batman!! Remember, you need to keep those cameras at about eye-width. Ouch.
I wish they'd just design cameras with two lenses. I know they'd be an expensive novelty at first, but they used to make them in the early twentieth century.
PS: Why is the world coming back to stereograms after a freaking century? Magic Eye was not the first.
Actually, the camera lenses were in fact about eye width apart ... the problem arises when an object gets too close, and the cameras of course, unlike eyes, do not adjust their angle
I was even referring to when you were sitting down in the chair. That tree looks about to jump out and bite me. ;) But as for the watch, it still seemed to forced, as the face looked to be nearly five inches away from your hand, and your hand three feet or more away from your face.
As for Fuji, after owning a Nikon, I'm spoiled rotten and can't go backward. Especially when they include free stuff to entice you. Real items have value in the item alone and it's worth it... Sorry... :/
It doesn't, but there is a lens you can attach (for a price...). I haven't bought the lens, I just make stereograms of non-moving objects. The clarity is what I can't give up. I love it to pieces... I just have to force the perspective more for far-away objects. But it gives my eye more data to interpret.
I've commented at your other new samples. It's like watching art history right before our eyes. Accessible to see and produce (with the know how) and a new experience. Real progress in the field.

what funny that when you brought your watch close to the camera, the depth perception went too far!!
i had to refocus of your face, and refocus of the watch, only in both times the other went out of focus.......i dont make sense.

I agree ... with the cameras set parallel ... will see if I can get better results with the cameras adjusted for toe-in. Regards Nytram
