first off valley tubas are humpin... overall i wasnt impressed with either school. both could have done waaaaay better. jackson state has and always have had a problem overblowing and hanging when they get excited. but that is one mans opinion. i think that if decreased some of those cluttered percussion parts. that they would sound better.valley is an up and coming band. they still have a way to go and i think that they know that.
