The Binger tornado had winds of 217 MPH recorded in it. It may have been by NSSL's doppler b/c it was THAT close! The highest winds recorded until 1991.
The tornado starting at 3:08 was used in a tornado safety tips segment on WKBN-TV in Youngstown, OH from the 80s til about 1996...freaky to see it again LOL!
