  • Does more resistance on the pull up band mean it's easier to do a pull up?

For example, a 20 lbs resistance band vs. a 50 lbs resistance band: which one do i use for easier pull up?

  • That band was way too much resistance for her. She wasn't engaging any muscles at all. :(

  • Lol wtf, she's just bouncing up and down.

  • Em wasn't she doing it a bit too fast?

  • Can anyone tell me where i can buy those bands.I live in the UK and not been able to find anyone who sells them in the UK

  • Try googling flexband. They're better in my opinion. US based company but see if they'll ship to Europe.

  • terrible form, but props for trying to do chins.

you need to slow it down a bit, extend your arms fully at the bottom. that was major cheating.

    keep it up.

  • Well, for a girl who seems to be a rookie I think it was pretty good but it's true that she needs to improve her tecnique

  • she also needs to balance the rubber band more... having both knees in it for instance, one knee only will load one lat up over the other
