No, this is RoK... Every expansion released for EQ2 has all of the previous expansions... so lets say you buy RoK now, that means you get Echoes of Faydwer, and every other expansion to RoK, but if you buy Echoes of Faydwer, you get everything before EoF, including EoF obviously, but you will not get RoK.
