-three coins: tow pence, one dime, and another fake dime which just one side (use for cover the penny). And magnet pen.

-first, show spectators tow pence, with one penny is covered by the fake dime, so it look like one dime and one penny.

- Then, just put the true penny in left hand ( now in left hand, we got one penny and one dime)

-Put the other penny with the fake dime on right hand. So just use the magnet pen to remove the fake dime.

- Dont need to explain more.

It's 2 sided penny/dime. Trust me I've been doing this trick for over 10 years. Once you switch it out both coins are examinable. And yes people don't really pay attention to the difference in size.

the coins are only examinable after the trick. first 'penny' has one copper side which is picked up by the pen (guessing magnetic) to reveal that its actually a dime. palms the dime in hand and drops an extra penny. pretty cool trick though

Alright where's the explanation you ass hole! Anyways here's my explanation: the dime in your left hand has a penny on the reverse side. as for the right hand, it's actually a steel penny shell over a regular dime. The pen is magnetic and picks up the steel penny shell leaving behind the real dime underneith.
