@hmejja1 I do understand the feeling of irritation and anger by the Moroccan people towards these Spanish enclaves in African soil, but the truth is the Spanish built the cities of Ceuta and Melilla, and they are not under occupation, because the Spaniards built them in barren land, before the the Moroccan kingdom was unified as a nation. I do believe however that Morocco has a legal and valid claim to the territory where the cities stand, as part of Africa and the Magreb
@buscapleitosNo1 Seriously... you don't understand our irritation? Are the Spaniards irritated with the British occupation of Gibraltar? Ceuta was not a bare land... it existed since the Roman times. Please go research its history... it used to be called Septem. Melilla also existed since the antiquities. Anyway, just because an occupier develops a land he occupies, it doesn't give him any legitimacy over it. Honk Kong is a prime example... Panama is another (the US built the Panama Canal)
@hmejja1 I think the problem is the Spaniards are very complexed with Moroccans because of the history. You don't look at the situation with being fair to all parties. I think that accepting the fact that the cities are occupied is accepting defeat from the Moors (or the Moros like you countrymen say). Those cities will come back to Morocco sooner or later. It is unfortunate that we have to wait for shift of Power between the two countries for that to happen.
@hmejja1 Talking about finding a solution for Ceuta and Melilla, is like talking about the Falklands, Palestine, Kashemir, Gibraltar. How do you find a peacefull solution to these land disputes? THERE IS NONE
@buscapleitosNo1 That's not true... those cities will return back to Morocco sooner or later. Spain and the Spaniards know that. Now there are two solutions either for Spain to leave with their head high (like the French did in Morocco or the Americans in Panama) or leave with their tail behind their back; like the French did in Algeria, the British in America or Spain in the sahara. Spain need to look at the mirror and reconcile with its history and neighbor. Being humble is always a virtue
@hmejja1 I admit that one day, far away in the future, Ceuta and Melilla could become part of the kingdom of Morocco, if , and only IF, our countries still survive in their present form with similar political rulers, I could also forecast havoc in our relationship as good neighboours, after all we have a lot in common.
@hmejja1 Your argument is as good as it comes, but there is always another side to the conflict. Nevertheless I appreciate your standing for your ideals without using insulting or obscene words

@hmejja1 We don´t have to return nothing to a country that did not existed at the time when spanish conquered the cities...
Anyway its peoples never will want to be morocans, they don´t want to become poor and undeveloped...
