  • Listening to each song that represents each branch of our armed forces just makes me more proud to be an american.. God bless all who have served and to all that are currently serving without you guys we all wouldn't have this freedom that each one of these songs are song for. Thank you.

  • Having lived through WWll this has special memories for me and I thank you for putting it here for all to enjoy. God bless all the men in uniform represented by these tunes.

  • USAF

  • LOVED IT, Mack Neff

  • De-commisioned, remote and well maintained museum, Ft Stanton near Ruidoso NM, has an old cemetary with the names of hundreds of Merchant Marine casualties on their old headsones. The Ft was a hospital for many years caring for the most seriously injured. It's questionable role as a military fort supporting the political 'Santa Fe Ring' connected 'Store' faction during the days of the Lincoln County Wars of the 1800's, was legendary and highly criticized for selectively attacking citizens.

  • OUTSTANDING!!!!

  • this is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • They are GREAT!

  • I love this! It is so well done. I've shared it on Facebook many times.

  • Now try singing this while adding us altos and sopranos! I want to pull my hair out!! DX Why are we singing this?!? It's almost imposible!!!

(but I'd be lying if I said it wasn't kinda fun, especially the US air force part. That's cool.)

  • From Britain, that was f**king brilliant!! I wish we did that kinda thing :P

  • Wow, this gave me the chills. My choir sang this and is nothing compared to this!!!

  • Wonderful! Thanks for posting.

  • Woooo, goosebumps.

  • Reminds me of the King Of The Hill episode where Bill joins a men's choir.

  • I was disappointed- they forgot the United States Merchant Marine...sure their not a service now, but back in WWI and WWII they were considered one.

  • @Carthrage Just the five current armed forces.

  • @Carthrage In 2010 I attended a mini show in Reading MA featuring the singing Mass State Trooper where he did the armed forces medley and featured the Merchant Marine song !!!!! First time I've ever heard anyone sing it in connection with an Armed Forces Medley. I went to Kings Point and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy is the only Federal academy authorized to carry the Battle Standard Flag, by virtue of her 142 Cadets killed in action in WWII.

  • @Carthrage The Merchant Marines still exist ... only they're called the US Coast Guard now.

  • still to this day, I can't decide which one is my favorite. So to make it simple, I've decided that they are all my favorite!!!

  • I'm singing this is chior. XD

  • JUST SING TO US, WHAT ARE YOU HIDDING AT AREA 51!!!

  • @2009ratola planes lol

  • whoever disliked this, how bout you go to afganistan and fight.

btw this was a very good video

  • I love this! I served in the Air Force, Army and Navy, thank you for such a pulse pounding and patriotic rendition of these songs.

  • If I was American this would make me feel good and very proud..... it's bloody brilliant!!, GREAT TUNES!

  • I have no idea how many times I've listened to this today....... xD

  • Awesome. Haven't seen such a beautiful support of our troops like this in many a moon.

    JAR

  • I think this is the first video I've seen with over 10 views that didn't have at least 1 dislike. Awesome video!

  • Love the AT EASE at the end!! ROFL!

  • today is my 17th birthday. i have enlisted as a 68E in the united states army. best birthday present and i will never forget

  • 0 dislikes :)

  • @MAIDENdenvula

0 people from outside USA listened to this

  • @sceamerarg i'm not from the US :P hahaha!

  • 2:28 the best part

  • Semper Paratus, Go Coast Guard!

  • I'm a woman training to join the Navy. I'm also hoping to get into the armed forces school of music as vocalist. Are there groups like this for women? as well as, any advice on how to get into the music program?

  • Amazing.

  • May our armed forces forever eternal stay adamant to protect our beautiful homeland of America!!

  • It's great to hear this as a vocal piece! I though it was equally beautiful and patriotic when we played it using only instruments

  • Awesome!!!! It's wonderful. GO AIRFORCE!

  • Terrific & inspiring version (medley) of the official songs of the United States of America armed forces~! Any patriotic American would enjoy hearing this medley & giving thanks to God & our defenders of this great country~~the greatest country on planet Earth~! Having seen "The Vocal Majority" in person on several occasions I can attest to just how good this talented group of men are & the good work they continue to do, especially their leader: Jim Clancey. Keep it up men~!

  • Go Air Force!!

  • SEMPER PARATUS!!!!!!

  • God bless America & the world in these difficult times. This group produces superb vocal music entertainment. I've had the pleasure of seeing them in person a couple of times. Well done Jim & group. A stirring rendition such as this sure makes a person feel patriotic~!

  • amazing and they left the songs unmolested

  • Lets hear it for the Air Force!

  • Be assured the one who dislikes this is the one with a smaller trophy than VM.

  • semper fidelis!

  • Amazing!

  • brilliant!

  • Fantastic version.

  • if you dislike this video then GET DA HECK OUT OF AMERICA! just saying cause this is a great song and it is unamerican to dislike aan american song

  • @clubpenguinwoahs would you like the version if it was done by lady gaga

  • Seabees Can Do!

  • Very nice! It takes all branches to make a strong tree. We honor our veterans and current servicemenbers in all branches! Thank you so much for the jobs you have done and are doing! May God continue to bless America. This choir did a beautiful job!

  • Wonderful,without a breath!! Keep it up

  • Well done, but they used the incorrect lyrics for Anchors Aweigh. Those are from the original version when it was the Naval Academy song.

  • It's nice to see the coast guard included

  • Still my favorite number from VM!

  • The BEST is ALWAYS LAST. U.S.A.F. ALL THE WAY!

  • at 0:44 the guy in the top row on the left is Jeff Oxley in the quartet Max Q.

  • @sweetchildren100 Woah, nice catch. Love his voice; if you listen very closely you can almost pick him out.

  • As of 1 OCT 2010 it will be known as THE DEPARTMENT OF THE MARINES- NAVY DIVISION. Thier song will change from" Anchors Aweigh " to "IN THE NAVY' by the VILLIAGE PEOPLE.

    OOHRAH

  • @david640 why are they chaning it, also, how do you know this?

  • @LilKroog That is meant as a joke. Marines and Navy have always had a rivalry. When I was at Pensacola the Navy guys would give the Marines a hard time, We started using the song" In the Navy " by The Villiage People to make fun of the "squids" .There are other reasons but they are to vulgar to repeat on here.

  • This is a super fun arrangement of these songs. Great job!

  • great vid

  • "Go up in fame or down in flame", U.S. Air Force all the way.

  • @USAFpilot1993

    What lyrics are those from....?

  • @Fanible Air force

  • @USAFpilot1993

    Are you sure?

  • @Fanible Off we go into the wild blue yonder climbing high, into the sun . Here they come zooming to meet our thunder, at em boys give em the gun , ( give er the gun). Down we dive spouting our flames from under , off with one terrible war. WE LIVE IN FAME , OR GO DOWN IN FLAME. Nothing can stop the US Airforce

  • Comment removed

  • @USAFpilot1993

I was just fuckin with you man. What you originally said was incorrect. Oh, and it's "roar", not "war".

  • @Fanible oh haha sorry uggh i hate that, and yeah Im sure thats how it goes i just took a segment of it that spoke to me and posted it.

  • @Fanible Oh i see, hahaw whoops, well thank you for both of your corrections, I heard it said that way a while ago.

  • @USAFpilot1993 IT IS ROAR! DUU!

  • @demistalker yeah i know now i feel like an idiot .

  • Very well done! Go Air Force!! :)

  • This We'll Defend.

  • Awesome vid!

  • well done XD

  • very cool. very good version of Semper Paratus

  • Fantastic!!

  • OMG I'm singing all of these songs in chorus right now.

  • I love performing thIs. Being in the VM is so fun. I can honestly say it's life changing

  • I love men.

That's just a GREAT sound! Thanks.

  • Usually when they perform this, the VM asks that anyone in the audience who is either an active member or veteran of any of the Armed Forces, or who has family members either actively serving or who has made the ultimate sacrifice for our nation under any of the Armed Forces branches, stand and be recognized when their branch's particular hymn or anthem is sung.

  • My dad's in this video :) VM rocks!

  • The Marine Hymn

    OORAH and Semper Fidelis!

  • Isn't it Semper Fy?

  • It's actually spelled Semper Fi. And 'Semper Fi' is short for Semper Fidelis which in Latin stands for:

    "Always Faithful".

The Corps and its Marines will always be faithful to itself, the country, and the constitution.

  • oo fucking rah.

  • Anchors Aweigh is perfect. I've heard diffrent versions of the other songs tho.

  • No matter what your political persuasion, that is a great sound for America

  • well if texas suceeds from the union atleast we have a great barbershop chorus to listen to..

  • Awesome job!

  • I SUPPORT OUR TROOPS!!!!!!! :D

  • @alyssacroacia I support YOUR troops!!! ;)

  • My thanks to you guys. On September 18th, 1947 the bill creating the US Air Force as another branch of our Department of Defense was signed by Harry s Truman. To those who view this and have stood in the 'long Blue Line," Happy sixty second birthday AIRMAN! ...USAF Vietnam Vet 65-69

  • wow nice great job guys!! my choir could us some help from some of you guys lol (the girls out number the guys)

  • You should feel this when it's in person. The recording doesn't do it justice...I saw them at a 4th of July concert. Now THAT got everyone to there feet. They ask us stand as they got to the service we had been in or a member of our family had been in. As a fourth generation vet, I was standing most of the time!
