  • you said it all my friend..... i will never move back to the uk i live in changsha hunan prov. never want to leave and never plan to

  • Palin is hooootttt daahh!!!

  • There is not too many people. The problems are many in the world, yes. But they have a lot to do with the people who control the planet rather than population growth. That is a globalist perspective and one that you should not get trapped into adopting for yourself. We can produce enough food to feed everyone. There is enough wealth to distribute to every person. The elitie 10% at the top are in control of about 80% of all resources. The remaining 90% must divide up 20% of remaining...

  • im american..palin's a bitch :)

  • My favorite part was the bit about Palin but I do generally agree with your point of view. Its important to have different points of views, even with political systems.

  • Hey Paul, your warrior suite fits you real well.

  • First of all Communism vanished in China years ago. Now we have basically capitalism under strong state supervision. Just because the flag is red and the party is described as 'Communist' does not make it really so.

Secondly regardless of the political system skyscrapers can still be built. China being a heavily populated country is more likely to need them then most. Sure there is an element of willy waving involved but barring them being used to stage a fake terror event ( such as 9/11 OK

  • Anyways, thanks for your thought-provoking video but can you post something a little more relevant to life in China? Any cultural tips or tricks on how to get here faster? I've noticed (skyscraper enthusiast) that China is building a lot of "Financial" Skyscrapers, eg. 2 International Finance Center and International Commerce Center in Hong Kong, Ping'an Financial Complex in Shenzhen, Shanghai World Finance Center...what is your opinion on this, is this compatible with Communism?

  • Part 2: I have thought about my country and future so much that I have actually spent 16 hours in a cell for having the audacity to protest [Canadian] PM Stephen Harper's decision to blow billions of dollars on F35 fighter jets at the Toronto G20 protests last year, having voted for Harper in 2008. I have long come to the conclusion that, no matter how much one cares about politics, the true forces guiding national decision making lie with Finance and Corporations.

  • Well, I was expecting a bit more on China, but what I got was a long-ish diatribe on how we should be politically active. Speaking as someone who first voted at age 18 (I'm a university student now) - do you REALLY want the types of people who give meaning to their lives through caring about such utterly irrelevant bullshit as "Dancing With the Stars," "American Idol" et. al. voting? We have a duty to think, but how much change do we actually effectuate through voting?

  • thanks for your compliment. I am not trying to speak out to any particualr group. Just people in general. Part time English teacher but that's not so relevant. It really is a pity that China blocks youtube as I think its counter productive

  • May I ask you what are you doing in Beijing? I share your point view greatly. However, the western media blocking view like this from being heard by the general public. They are doing this because they love to live in a dream world and afraid of harsh reality that is China is getting better and better and they are getting worse and worse. Western world has colonized other countries and dominated world for long time and they never complain about that. Western world is a selfish one.

  • Basically the more that Western countries lead by US complaining about China the more shows that China is doing the right thing for China and Chinese people. As far as I am concern that current Chinese government is the best government or most responsible government in the world to government China. China today is all because its government's successful leadership. I am sure CNN will censor this guy to speak out to the American people.
