@FOZproductionz Sorry the midi link in the text file isn't updated by Vgmusic staff. But you can get the midi file simply changing the "txt" extension of the file link to "mid". Sorry for the confusion.

How is the MIDI so good sounding? Is this something like Guitar Pro's Realistic Sound Engine? Also, what score writing program would you recommend?

Sorry ifurkend, but i do like the longer version more. The longer version they add one instrument at a time, making it more epic. In the shorter version they seem to put half in one line, then all in the other before exploding. Anyone who has listened to both versions would know what I'm taking about.

@JenniferReturn Of course I understand that. I picked the shorter OST version because I'm just lazy. Anyway someone like you prefers the in-game version, some thinks that the longer intro sounds like filler. You should check Nicovideo and there other transcribers have done the in-game full version.

omg, a talented musician transcribing FF13 songs into midi! If you don't mind, I'd love to make some requests! (I'm a musician myself, but I have absolutely no musical compositional ability or training, all I can do is make stuff that has interesting sound texture that relies on other composers)
