This makes me really anxious to hear the one I'm helpin' to build. Wish I knew the specifics of the engine but my dad and I are using a 351W stroked to a 408 that should put out between 575 and 600hp with, if I remember correctly, 11:1 compression or therearound. Your's sounds nice btw!
Thank you. It's a 400hp (we tell people...it's more) 351W. Perfomer RPM Heads, 650CFM Edl carb (need to change to a double pumper) with about 10:1 compession. Just this side of a race motor...enough to be very scary but still tame enough to drive around town.
