I have accuracy with my kicks but no power behind them. What could I be doing wrong? I've tried to follow as much advice as I can get on videos like these but still not getting better.

Football is massive!! Everyone plays it or at least used to.

Rugby is the second most poppular as i know so many people that play it.

Its on tv quite a bit and pretty much every town has its own team.

I used to play it until i broke my ribs :(

i can't use "professional cones", i dont know why but i just cant seem to hit the target, no problem with distance but im always off lol i use the cheap plastic cones u get in schools.
