honestly, i had no idea wht to expect from julia roberts just she was this big hot shot hollywood actress but after watching this i like her a lot and have a lot of respect for her. i mean, she is too elegant and fine.
I don't know if she is aware of it, but there is a scene were you can see her nipple...
Accidentally I'm sure. Since Richard is on top of her, and is doing everything to cover her up in the lovemaking scene, but there is a nippleshot in there.
@cocatona I think Bale won't easily be persuaded to stop by. Not because he's not a nice guy (I really think he is), but because he values his privacy enormously from what I know. But yeah I too would REALLY like to peak into his methods.
On the film "Adam"(2009), the main character watches and repeats the introduction of this programme, exactly, the part of "the public persona",till "Julia Roberts". I ignored that this programme existed.
To this day, the only problem I had with Pretty Woman was the choice of Richard Gere for the male lead. I thought he was too old for Julia Roberts but oh well.
Loved her last line to the hopeful artists, "I wish you great success. It's not easy but it's absolutely worth it. I'll see you guys on the other side."
@Cabess12 The event may have happened in the summer "2 years ago". It’s just a way of marking when it happened better. Plus if it did happen in the summer, it is more "poetic" or "romantic" sounding. It's just a formal like way of speaking about a certain time in year life that lasted the whole "summer". Summer also can represent someone’s "youth" when they first fell in love or whatever. so it may not of even happened in the summer.
this show would be so much more interesting if the interviews began at the start or in the middle of the artists' careers instead of in their childhoods. You can get to the less-interesting childhood stuff later in the interview. Also, Julia Roberts is a huge celebrity but is she really that good an actress?

James Lipton despite being better than most interviewers suffers from pathological kissassery ..... i guess by now everyone knows that, but still

Why do Americans say "2 summers ago" instead of "2 years ago" ?

Oh, btw. I'm guessing this was '97 because she talked about filming Michael Collins 'two summers ago'.
