Good poppy piano is hard to find but I think I may have found it. This would probs sound amazing with a backing band. My friend Luke makes similar sounding music, though he is progressively getting more rocky with each album. Not that that is a bad thing.
You remind me of Regina Spektor. I figure you've heard of her because your voice is a carbon copy of hers. I consider that fucking impressive because that's a hard vocal style to nail.
Sure, it's a HUGE compliment to be told I sound like Regina all the time, but it sort of makes me sad that you say 'carbon copy', because to me, my voice is just my voice and I don't try to imitate hers at all.
I only discovered her music after someone told me I sound similar to her.
