If you see a fighter who isn't even close to pushing on 100 career fights they would still be considered pretty green. It's not like boxing or whatever, where you only book one or two fights every few months, its dozens.

Boxing used to have more fights, and longer fights. Look at some older boxers who had well over 100 fights- a 15 round, hard fought boxing match is much more gruelling than 3 rounds of almost anything.
