  • I need help choosing a walleye trolling rod for Mil Lacs. I want to use various Rapala's and 10lb braid for line.  The Abu Garcia rep actually recommended I try a Ugly Stik medium heavy (??). What weight rod should I try and also how fast of tip? The Ugly Stiks don't mention the tip of the rods, just the M or MH. Thanks for the help!

  • @captainpegs07 I like the ugly sticks. You can't beat them when it comes to the price when you are out fitting a a charter boat.The best rod on the market for the price.
