  • The plan isn't working because all demand is being squeezed out of the economy with higher unemployment and pay freezes and fear of what the future holds. Quantitative easing is counterproductive in the long term because it reduces the value of people's incomes through inflation and again squeezes demand out etc etc ad bloody nauseam it seems.

  • It is Labour's plans you put in action.

"M.E. is to fatigue, what a nuclear bomb is to a match." Laura Hillenbrand

Happy M.E. Awareness Week to those you are robbing, discrediting and persecuting, in your own land. People are dying prematurely because of YOU.

  • Its nauseating that this coalition tory led government is going after people on DLA, especially those with mental health problems who are amongst the weakest and most vulnerable.....................mental illness is often a very complicated set of conditions that fluctuate over days, weeks, months & years and most people with these problems find it very difficult to be with people in a work situation.

  • Yep you know all too well about small print eh george! This lot sent out leaflets to every pensioner in the country before the election ( i know coz my mum recieved one and all her freinds) promising the world and especially protecting winter fuel payments..check the small print on that one george in your recent poor excuse for a budget!...1p stick it up your arse!!

Also i would say targeting pensioners is in a way harrassing vulnerable people!!

    shame on you!

  • He was going to increase petrol tax by 5p per litre and now he's not, instead he's going to take money off the oil companies in order to reduce the price of petrol by a whole penny (having just increased it by 3 pence through the VAT rise) and he's saving us 6 pence? What poppycock!

  • The trouble with Cameron & Osborne is that they’ve talked to too many CEOs.

Talk to 1000 CEOs & they’ll all give the same spiel about making money in the razor-sharp “competitive” Private Sector, unlike those on the Public Sector “gravy-train”.

Total nonsense. Most private companies are heavily reliant on State contracts & subsidies at some point (customers, customers’ customers etc) & will go under when the cuts bite- the CEO just won’t admit it, as it hurts his/her vanity.

  • because voting tory wont effect the working people...

  • Its funny how the ConDems now complain about how Labour are only criticising them and have no policies, when this is pretty much what the Tories were doing, evident in these videos. When politicians learn to hep the country rather than themselves and stop slagging off the other parties rather than doing some proper work, maybe they will better serve us

  • multi-millionaire and serial tax-avoider george osborne will be sucking horse cocks in hell for many lives to come. Karma george, don't be so short sighted, it's coming for you!!

  • @maratpaine George Osborne has a net fortune estimated at £4 million so not a multi-millionaire after all, unless you know the value of a 15-per-cent stake in Osborne & Little, the wallpaper-and-fabrics company.

  • @SuperChrisWaters

Another commonly used term is multimillionaire. As the term implies, multimillionaire applies to those individuals residing in households with a net worth or wealth of two million or more units of currency. Only a small minority of households are indeed multimillionaire households. The term also has a more prestigious connotation than millionaire. thanks wikipedia.

  • THE TORIES HAVE JUST LET VODAFONE OFF WITH £6 BILLION IN TAXES!!!!

For more info check out Private Eye article "BRITAIN’S £6BN VODAFONE BILL"

This is tax evasion and corruption at the highest levels!!

  • Gidiot is a throwback to the era when tory ministers were all millionaire playboy wasters like him. He will in time be found out for the ephemeral buffoon that he is, but he will by then have ruined the lives of millions. Those of us who failed to attend suitably posh schools have only the workhouse to look forward to.

  • Osborne walks like william mackenzie

  • go lib dems!!!

  • what an fucking asshole this george osborne

  • Why dont you put a tax on cocaine George?

  • Bottom line is wether you like it or not. Money has to come from somewhere. If you continually raise taxes on companies (the rich supposedly). The private sector looses jobs. This equals less taxes being paid.So you raise taxes on the rich again and guess what. This is not sound policy nor sustainable and tantamount to failure every time. Its been proven throughout history time and again. Look it up. Only when a lean government cuts all the fat and freebies out. Can they become fiscally solvent.

  • @benshivdIf "Only when a lean government cuts all the fat and freebies out. Can they become fiscally solvent"ever heard of Franklin Delano Roosevelt? i think he would disagree .raising taxes for the wealthy has never caused economic down turn to my knowledge, but government spending has definitely caused booms in the economy and brought some of them out of recession .im not sure where you get your info but would like to see some evidence of your assertions .

  • @MUDSHARK111 How bout any history book or did the progressives not allow you that part of history. Roosevelt's New Deal spent our country into near collapse just like Obama is doing now. At that time it was the largest expansion in Govt EVER in history. Roosevelt's plan also helped to spur the largest growth of union workers. Today the pensions for them are crippling most state budgets. I get my knowledge from books and i know my facts. maybe turn off MSNBC and CNN.

  • osbourne is like the rest of the Tories a typical jew.

  • The tories are just a buch of lazy cunts with big mouth bullshit wearing a tie ,The tories have hands of useless talking tie wearing website using non productive idiots. The work force should sit on the dole and let these lazy tie wearing bastards pay for the banks betting shop policy chances.Im not buying a rolls royce im buying bread.

  • The only good thing about Osborn is that he has had treatment for his Bullingdon Club accent and it is now toned down to a decent level. He should try and persuade Tory tosser Cameron to do the same.

  • A Rich person New Rolls-Royce Ghost Sallon £195,000 VAT @ 17.5% = £34125 VAT @ 20% = £39000 Roller costs £4875 more Capital gain from investments of £50000 CGT @ 18% £9000 CGT @ 28% £14000 Extra deduction in Tax £5000 Total extra in tax £9857 A Poor person Second hand Astra off Ebay £1000 VAT = £0 Capital gain from investments of £0 CGT @ 28% = £0 Total extra in tax £0 @blooxinator It is clear that the tories are looking after their own? OKAY lol
  • Furthermore - this greed driven crisis has led to 100,000's losing their jobs and this new budget will see up to 1.2 million more out of work. On top of which they are going to cut benefits - force the unemployed into near slave labour conditions and try to force the sick and disabled to seek work in an already overburdened job market that doesn't want them. This in a country where there are people buying £300 bottles of champagne, £250,000 cars and 3 bed flats that cost £29 Million. Disgusting.

  • Anyone with real money has nothing to worry about now. The rest of us are just being repeatedly screwed over. Billions is borrowed from one sector of banking to cover the crimes of the sickening, greedy, irresponsible behaviour of already rich people in another area of banking, and the interest alone on these loans is costing more than the national education budget. Not to mention that the banks will be paying less than half of the £5 Billion that they were supposed to be handing over annually.

  • "right then... the rich ruined the economy.. how can we get out of this? ahhh yes... lets get the poor and crippled to pay for what the rich mucked up. oh i nearly forgot... pensioners... you lot are going down.. think you can go to town once a week with your free bus pass? keep warm in winter?.. not now mateys..time to fear.. georges here.."

"mmm.. people on low pay... they seem happy enough we'll take away thier benefits.. what you dont have you don't miss eh?"

    "the rich?..they're fine"

  • How to rob the poor and give to the rich.

  • bbabababababbabababab funy that

  • Is the guy an idiot? Yes you get more money from businesses and people but less people are willing to pay for the goods due to higher prices. This causes businesses to lose revenue and that means less income from corpartion tax. Also it means higher expenses and liabilitys to businesses which can cause major issues for medium and small sized business.

That causes economy to decrease not increase. If anything you should lower VAT, that encourages business to grow and people to spend.

  • There will be unrest in the streets like in the 80s.......but before the people cause this unrest they will give the Torys a form of BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. During this time unrepairable damage will be done to this country. Most of our debt was caused by the banks. The Torys say that the banks should have been controlled. IF YOU CANT TRUST YOUR BANKING SYSTEM THEN THE WHOLE BASIS OF CAPITALISM FALLS FLAT ON ITS FACE. If you have to treat bankers like kids....you have had it as a nation.

  • @ronald2394 It's apathy really mate, it's just people thinking t"hey're all the same". Those of us who lived through it know what it's like to be on a low wage under a Tory government. Sadly, there's a lot of people who need to learn it too, and we have to share the experience with them. Isn't a great to be basking in the glorious sunshine of the free market system? How all that wealth is trickling down from the top, like its advocates said it would? Tory cure? Let the rich have even more!

  • @JusticeSeeker1000 The Tories daft policies are going to throw so many more on the dole, and so many more smaller businesses into receivership, that the long dole queues their shabby, selfish policies create will make the ones they created in the 80s look like a success story. They do it knowing it forces wages down, allowing the grabbers who support them to make even more profit. So don't worry, they're punishing the poor for you, as you want. They always do. But rememeber the poll tax.

  • We should abolish the minimum wage, so that we can give all these "scroungers" something to do instead of sitting indoors all day and rotting, and raising their kids to be anti-social thugs. Get them all doing workhouse like work, it would be great for the economy.

Human rights, min wage and welfare for all is a great idea, it's just impossible to pay for.

The one good thing Labour has done is made all these yobs so lazy, that they can't even be bothered to go out and riot lol.

  • @JusticeSeeker1000 Here y'are Ronald, here's one of 'em.

We need to rein in the scroungers at the TOP of society, not the bottom. They're the ones who broke the bank, quite literally, and Brown had to borrow from other bankers to keep them afloat. The tories should be kissing him.CorporateTax Fraud alone probably outstrips the social security budget, too. And the so-called 'dole culture' began with Thatcher's butchery of British industry. They created it, now they scapegoat it. Sneaky, huh?

  • @JusticeSeeker1000 Since you didn't post your latest deep thoughts here, instead sending them to me personally, I'll post them for you. Received from the above Conservative an hour ago as a private message:

    "Haha

The poor will pay, we're all sick of you scroungers, you do nothing all day and feel you're entitled to money lol, fuck off." (end quote)

I work 12 hour days. Those less well-off people you Tories hate work harder in a day than you will all your life 'Jusice' seeker. YOU fuck off.

  • @JusticeSeeker1000 abolish minimum wage and you have people working on less than 30p and hour. Ablosh human rights and businesses will cut back on everything they can do including safety standards and aspects of training. This causes demotivation for the work force, that leads to poor quality work, then that affects the economic growth. Also, might I remind you it's the BANKERS that have caused this. They lend out money to those incapable of repaying the debt with personal assets.

  • @red244 Then when house prices drop dramtically you end up with banks unable to get back the money they lent out in the first place. This causes a recession in the long run and government is forced to bail them out which just makes government debt hike to massive sums of debt.

It's redicolous. They are not helping the econamy grow at all, they are not helping the people at all, they are helping themselves and the upper classes get richer.

  • Well, the bankers over-milked the cash cow, so the party of banking interests formed a government after failing to win the election, and decided we should all be punished for what the bankers did. We all have to pay back the money we borrowed from the bankers to bail out the bankers. It was a fair budget, wasn't it? We all got punished, didn't we?

Well, no. It looks like the people who did best out the budget are the bankers.

  • Torys to control the banking system......you will have more luck juggling with soot.

  • Any idiot who votes LAP DOG.....sorry LIB DEM again wants his head examined. I cant believe watching that smarmy twat CLEGG snuggling up to his new master.....it brought back something I thought I would never see again......my last meal. Labour bailed out the banks because they had to. And those that had their money saved voted TORY. This country deserves to go tits up......and the Torys will take it there.

  • Where were the bastards that caused this depression. Right up georgies asshole as usual. Its as if this depression was actually planned to throw out left of centre politics. It worked here because the English are so fucking thick they have forgotten what the Bankers did. 20% VAT in an economy on the ropes PRICELESS. Get those dolites back to work.WHERE. They think we have full employment. I love a walk down memory lane. Here comes the 80s all over again. But at least the LIB DEMS will die off

  • @ronald2394 Agreed mate, but remember the English have rightwing politics rammed down their throats by trashy tabloids alongside tits, football and bingo, and are trusting enough to believe they're reading a "newspaper". There was a sustained two year campaign of this, and like another infamous rightwinger once said "repeat a lie often enough, and it becomes the truth". Then of course, because there was nothing they considered worth voting for, most working men and women didn't even vote.

  • How gay is the limp wristed tory at 1:04.

  • That 20 percent VAT hike will come back to bite them hard on their Toff arses at the next election, I'll wager. They barely scraped past the post this time, even before they started flinging their shit around.

  • Stinking gluttonous Tory vermin. 20 percent VAT, that's 20 quid out of every 100 we spend going to the treasury, and they claim to be the party of low taxes? Hell, maybe they are if you're on 100 grand a year or more. Meanwhile, in the real world...

Same old Tories. The sooner the bastards are back out, where they belong, the better.

  • @bolloxinator The 20% VAT rate is the fault of the stinking gluttonous Labour vermin, no one else. When Labour came in in 1997, the national debt was £6bn. When they left office in May, that had risen to £167bn, so it is Labour's fault, and Labour's alone.

  • But as always with Labour, it's always someone else's fault. They spent much of the 13 years they had in power blaming the Tories for everything. Labour are going to have to learn a bit of humility now they are in opposition, and it's great to no longer have to listen to the likes of David Miliband and Harriet Harman telling us what to do and introducing stupid new laws.

  • @Paulph04 No mate, it's the Tories looking after their own. That's the only reason for the 20 percent VAT. What's wrong with getting back what we gave the bankers? Any idea?

Why do the tories like to blame 'spending' by Labour, rather than the trillion dollar USA/UK bailout for the debt? Easy. It's the system they adore, the one that's fine until someone sneezes. The free market system, which booms and busts. I do blame Labour. They should've let the rotten system die.

  • @bolloxinator The Budget includes an annual bank levy of just over £2bn a year for the next 4 years, which will extract a total of about £8.3bn back from the banks. Job done, I'd say.

  • @Paulph04 It'll take a fair bit more than that. Let's stop thiose self-awarded multimillion binuses for sitting on their fat asses for a start, eh? Oh no, Georgie boy won't do that.

  • @bolloxinator Damn right. It's like they're sweeping the banker bailout under the carpet, they want us to forget it and just blame all that extravagent spending on services. Bastards. And who are these faceless wonders we 'owe' the money for the bailout to? Why, the bankers of course. The whole system is a scam, and those who do best out of it love to keep us all stupid. Well, you can fool most of them some of the time....

Tories. Banker's bum boys in blue.

  • The tough measures in the Budget wouldn't have been needed if the shower of shit that is the Labour Government hadn't almost bankrupted us. So don't let's hear any crap about Tory cuts.

  • The Labour bastards are now in opposition where they belong, and they are going to be there for a very, very long time with any luck. Most people realise why these cuts are needed and support what has to be done. I will never forgive them for almost bankrupting our great country, and allowing it to be overrun with immigrants.

  • @Paulph04 The Tories couldn't win a raffle if they couldn't gain a clear victory over Brown, after a 2 year hate campaign by the richest media barons and the megarich backers like Lord Ashcroft. The economy's heading into a slump. All the best economics experts have said the way to go was to stimulate the economy. These stupid Tory cuts and taxes on the less well off will screw the country badly. They kept this pillock Osborne out of sight during the campaign. Now we can see him.

  • @freddo27 As I said, these "stupid" Tory cuts would not be necessary had the Labour idiots run up massive debts. They had 13 years to get it right and failed spectacularly, as they always do. That's why they are in opposition now.

  • @Paulph04 We got bankrupt bailing out the superrich bankers and rebuilding the house of cards which is the free market system again. This shower of shit that is the Tory government would've done the same...but oh, hang on, they aren't really a government since they weren't elected, they're just acting like one with some help from another private school tosser. And they'll do anything except put the blame where it belongs and make their mates the bankers pay us, the taxpayers, back.

  • lying rich politician prick in suit get a real job even part time bloody liars

  • Yep Polish women can get Child Benefits for a child that isnt even in the UK. Hmmm and they wonder why we are in Debt.....Being part of the EU is a Massive concern....I dnt think it benefits Britain one Bit.....Theres more ppl coming here than there is People leaving....And Now Turkey wants to Be part of the EU.hmmm wonder where to will go?? any Ideas any1? its a Right Mess..Theres no jobs.I dont think Politicians actually live in the Real world anyway, They make Rules only to Benefit themselves

  • @Emma20055 We're in debt because the free marketeer bankers and their self-awarded billions in bonuses greeded us into a recession, as always, and we got in debt bailing them out and bracing the syetm up. Polish mothers didn't do this to us. I see Osborne has done everything he can to prevent the bankers having to pay us back, and instead made the less well-off foot the bill. Pretty typical, and as expected really. That 20 percent VAt will really sting people on a low wage.

  • Stop giving aid to all other Countries....Its this Country that need Aid now.,... Did people care when we was Hit with Bombs....Errrr No......Oh yea Stop giving Benefits to Europeans.....When i was Well i was on my way to work when i Bumped into a Polish girl i had known.....U get talking like u do and i said " so what do you do" she Replied Im a single Mother...."oh ok so wheres your Kid" she said with his Father in Poland.....I was abit Confused...

  • they going to make Britain worst we going to have more people unemployed, people will spend less because they going to tax items more.

like i tell everyone conservatives are for the rich i bet they going to stop national minimum wage.

people be working for 40p hour all the benefits we had from labour government like national minimum wage free bus passes for over 60's working tax credits will all be axed they probably bring back pole tax.

  • @jellyboy123 You're spot on there. The only good thing is that they'll screw the economy and hammer those of us on lower incomes so much, they'll be consigned to history. Filthy Tory parasites, never did a proper day's work in their lives, none of them, and no idea how working people live. They're under pressure from the likes of Lord Ashcroft and Murdoch to deliver something nice for all those millions they spent on the Tory campaign. The rest of us are being screwed again. Bastards.

  • What pisses people off all the more about their sodding 20 per cent VAT and their murderous cuts is that they didn't even win the sodding election. They spent the day after they lost6 the election noncing around London as if they had some kind of mandate. They need to realise they're walking a bloody tightrope here. The British working people are waking up and smelling the coffee, and very soon it'll be bye bye Cam-moron and chums. Don't call us.

  • @jellyboy123 totally agree with you.

i believe you will see bus passes, winter allowance, minimum wage, tax credits all go. also work til you drop retirement age.

will you see a tightening of the tax system? no.

i moved to new zealand for a break from the uk when labour was in power. now i see what these clowns are doing i am putting in for permanent residency here. here tax is low, VAT is 12 1/2% and we have no national debt. petrol is just under 80p a litre and diesel 55p. why come home?

  • Comment removed

  • @porty500 LOL why indeed? Sounds Good...I hear Fox Hunting Now is Allowed under Tory New Rules. Its Sickening. Any room for me?? Our economy will get worse. They are Pulling the Rug Right From under people. I fear For this Country and Its Children I really Do.....Mayb We should Throw a Shoe at Him?? lol and hope he doesnt Dodge it..Cos this Man surely needs a Slap in the Head, His insane?? No? So wrong

  • @Emma20055 Unfortunately hunting has been going on all the time under both governments. It is the Hunting with Dogs Act that the Tories want to repeal. Beyond belief that any supposedly sane person would enjoy encouraging dogs to tear an animal apart but that is what this lousy shower will no doubt want to do. Brian May has started up 'Save Me' for those who want to stop hunting with dogs. Life in UK will become horrendous for all but the rich and tax evaders.

  • @jellyboy123 I would love to know where you think our money comes from? It isn't some massive loop that starts with the govenment and the civil service, filters through benefit payments and ends up back with the government in the same quantity thanks to taxing rich people. It comes from the profits of the products and services (generated by rich people) we export to other countries/investors or from loans. At the moment we are borrowing as Brown would say 150 thousand million pounds.. per year

  • @jellyboy123 "like i tell everyone conservatives are for the rich" somewhat uninformed viewpoint there, perhaps the case one day, but not any more, besides, what's to be gained by holding prejudices?

  • @SuperChrisWaters

David Cameron was educated at Eton he's for the rich he has no understanding of poor people in the UK.

how can a person understand poor people if they was raised in a upper class family and educated in Eton.

conservatives have always been and always will be for the rich.

  • 2:00 Well Stated and this is what the tories/ lib dems are brining to this country ( Tbh the lib dems were used by the tories they should of waited and won with victoryed the ratio of ministers in the cabinet is Torie 18 : 5 Liberal Democrat

  • What to cut? get the only very sick and disabled off of disability benefit, and then reduce the job seekers allowance, reduce the amount spent on social housing (no more 3 bedroom houses for welfare reliant 5 child families) make anyone on welfare have to do community work for their welfare after 1 year on it, after 5 years, cut welfare altogether. Slash the public sector pay, make jobs such as street cleaners and dustmen volunteer based, thus welfare reliant jobs.

    Bring the troops home NOW.

  • @JusticeSeeker1000 u fricking Heatless Person....U have no idea what its like to be sick,,, No Idea....Test after test, Operations after Ops, Being Hospilized over a common a cold....Im Bloody 25 yrs old now, I was perfectly healthy normal Girl, Working from the age of 14, to 19 when only i almost died from kidney failure, Lung Failure....I hope u dont get sick and Have to Rely on Help to survive.....U know what Pisses me Its always Small Minded People like urself that never get sick.

  • @JusticeSeeker1000 ur a prick and i hope u fucking Get a Horrible Disease.Sounds harsh and i would never wish this on any1 but ppl like urself Deserve it..Only then will u understand how hard is is for People like myself to Survive..Ur about my age.Proberly go on holiday, Clubbing, Well how do u like the feeling of all that stopping, Cant walk without feeling pain in your bones and needing aid and Relieve from a walking stick?? Yea I hope one day this Happens 2 u. When it does, think of me Bitch

  • i really fancy george osbourne. i dont know what it is about him but hes sexy. cameron is also handsome. :)

  • I doubt the pastry faced twit's ability.

22 June budget will be interesting. Will George deem that we're ready to accept enough pain to keep the markets happy?

These are the best of times (for the Tory toffs and grandees who will run squealing with delight all the way to their piggy banks).

These are the worst of times (for the proles, who will get royally shafted whatever).

The City will tipped off in advance to make billions, those inner cities will suffer. Yes, it's a tale of two cities.

  • Shenanigans!! Shenanigans!! Shenanigans!!

  • Good organization, harmonious work of a command, gives the big hopes for the future development of an economic rate

  • OH MY GOODNESS LOOK AT THE LIFE YOUR IN!!! YOU WANT TO STOP RECESSION, GO AHEAD AND GIVE THE POORER MONEY THAT YOU HAVE!

how LONG does britain have to WAIT for you to give your SHARE to those who are LOWER CLASS?! do you know that there are MILLIONS more people and future leaders who will have to DIE because they can't afford a loaf of bread! and that's in the streets of london. While millions die, you sit in the comfort of your chairs and luxurious seats, buying so much- getting the rich richer

  • When is George Osborne sitting his GCSE Economics exam? Must be soon, and then he can go out into the real world and get some worthwhile work experience. Likewise David Cameron, who has never done a proper job in his life - just a professional politician and public relations.

  • The Labor Party freed up the constrictive fixed system the rich had in place for centuries: now on to an elected second chamber with either Labor or the Dems. If the Conservatives were in again I imagine they would re-close bars at 11pm and make smoking compulsory everywhere.

  • Why do you think Tony Blair was able to start wars without asking anyone?! You've given us NO reason to vote conservative! No ideas! No figures! Nothing! Do you only want power for the sake of power? That's what it looks like. I've voted Liberal Democrat in the past - but I was considering voting Conservative this time around as a tactical vote for getting Labour out, but looking at what ideas you haven't got - I'm going to stick with the Democrats and hope to god you guys don't get into power!

  • @ickysnotty Hope as much as you can - conservatives wanna take away free speech from christians, then muslims, then all of religion itself. I'm a christian, and they want to take my religion away?! it's true though - and they're gonna make us respect them. Those conservatives cant care to give us anything.. they can't care enough to be bothered to care! I'm with Lib Dems! the only party that DOESN'T want to kill free speech.

  • But... have you conservatives got any real ideas?

All I've heard at ANY point in the Conservative campaign is that I should 'Vote conservative because Labour are rubbish' - from Cameron in both debates, all he's done is take ideas from Clegg and Brown - and either agree with them or say that the other parties are going to put us into decades of doom and gloom.

  • The Conservative plans for the NHS are to "invite in the private sector" into NHS hospitals. That is privatisation. The private sector cost far more than the NHS so to do the same work for less money means lower quality and longer waiting lists. VOTE TORY - VOTE FOR A CUT IN NHS HOSPITALS

  • Lets damn the piss heads, charge the rich no stamp duty... Very appealing to the 'average joe'... At least Darling has some sweet ass eye brows!!

  • here we see an english gentleman

with labour all we see is scottish idiots.

  • @simonsigns They must be idiots to the english all that oil.

  • @jrobertsoneff America = Fat Burger Eatin Bastards who contaminate world culture

  • Makes me sick to think that all these Bullingdon Club toffs are going to crawl into power.

  • Who the hell has a massive Evening Standard poster outside their office?

  • Cameron talks about making cost cuts in politics but i swear they are all on facebook...

  • I can never trust anyone who uses 'tiled photos' as their desktop wallpaper... sort it out man.

  • Yes I am afraid George osbourne does not fill me with confidence too, he speaks well but "if" the conservatives do get in I feel he will quickly be out of his depth, he's a weak link Mr Cameron!

  • Oh dear! The most important issue, the economy, has the possibility of being run by george osbourne. He's too young, and he's far too inexperienced. We need a chancellor who knows his stuff to get us out of debt and cut the defecit with minimum impact on public services. This isn't the him and it REALLY pains me to say it but i'd rather have darling and brown running the economy while the country recovers from recession than i would osbourne/cameron. Think of the 80's, we don't want that again.

  • Vote Conservative

  • Gordon Brown is a cold sore on the face of british economics

  • 2.1 in History well thats a good basis to be a Chancellor.. It's ok though he's go Cameron to help him with the maths he learned a lot under Norman Lamont during Black Wednesday. I've got a 1st in Engineering maybe I should apply to be Sports minister.. oh wait damn I wasn't rich enough to get into the Bullingdon Boys daddy isn't a member of the aristocracy. Oh well i'm sure he is very clever he is really posh after all.

  • What about you being found out attending Bilderberg meetings, loving up to Mandelson on Rothschild's HMS New World Order yacht.

  • VOTE LABOUR

  • "farer" Britain, what do you mean?

far far worse Britain, how about the hard working over taxed middle income .Aint fair for us . The only ppl who benefit from Liebour are the fat cat luvvie socialists, send their kids to successful schools and have private health insurance. When did you hear of a arty /entertainer/ celeb not getting the best . they who can afford it and the grabbing chavs vote liebore

  • @wasabimanic I bet chavs don't vote, and if they did it would probably be for the BNP.

  • @MimicMimix Just look at what thousands of ex labour supporters in Labour heartlands up t north have done......socialist to national socialist, so not a great divide after all. A lot of Chavs don't vote BNP because they're racist.( they =sbjt. objt) are you suggesting ALL chavs are white? How racist of you. Chavs will vote for those who give them ( mug) others money etc

  • @wasabimanic there is a huge divide between socialist and National Socialist and the difference lies in the word 'National'. However I can see why people object to large numbers of immigrants, whether they are taking the jobs of the indigenous population or scrounging. Being realistic, the BNP will never gain control in Parliament. The best that can be hoped for is that the main parties will get the message - that Britain is bursting at the seams.

  • @MimicMimix Yes of course there is a difference. The point is that many labour voters felt the BNP were closer to them than the Labour P. Many responded to the policies the National socialists share most obviously( British ) workers the socialist clause 4 + anti capitalist rhetoric. If BNP were,so divorced from socialism, it stands to reason ,they would not appeal to the essentially socialist voting target. I agree with your further points.

  • v

VOTE LABOUR for a farer Britain !!!

  • who's going to help goerge whith his sums if they get into power. at least the labor got the decimal point in the right place and put on a 100% tax on cider

  • Glad the cider tax has been put in the bottom drawer - lovliest people you could meet are Somerset people, and that large gallon plastic drum full of Scumpy they sold me for a pound in 1985....

  • scrumpy even, oops...

  • The shadow cabinet look totally stressed out and they are not even in power. Could you image the level of stress if they were in power?

  • @Pepper6464

He would be in so much stress that he would let the bankers take over. Again.

  • I love it how Osbourne says Labour have copied our budget, and then goes on to completely slate it

  • Give up Georgey-Porgey Pudding and Pie, you will not definetely not last two minutes in modern day Brit political scene. Gord is just hanging on, and your mate Dave is drowning in the rapids behind Gord, but hope Dave has a tinlid, sorry, life-jacket ont. Sam won't forgive us. : )

  • I bet he was the sort of bloke who squealed on his so called friends at school, smarmy tory twat

  • This lot couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery.

  • Surely George has enough in his bank account to clear our national debt?

  • Another idiot from eaton!

  • It was like watching a boring version of the office.

  • What's with the echo?

  • ask youtubb and their recent update of the site and their gliches.

By the way, Torries to struggle this time around, The Liberals hate you torries, and I can understand why.

  • Who's that moon faced chump?

  • Who's that moon faced chump?

  • How much time, Georgie, have you spent in Wales, Scotland, Cornwall, the middle of Newcastle, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield, Bristol, Derby, Stoke, Norwich, Winchester and Chester?

Georgie Porgie pudding and pie, that only knows his way to Heathrow, to get out of here on a fecking holiday, as if he feels Britain is a problem to him, because he was born here!

Torries are total unproud twats, couldn't give two tosses on us true brits.

  • If anyones a twat mate......

  • .. it is at the moment obviouslly looking like you,m since I had some extremely interesting things to say, without calling people names, because you felt theatened, and all that guff.

    Gordon Brown walks on water.

  • Glad I have got your attention! I should be a politician, but my tourrettes might hold me back, I think! Feck, arse, girls. Politicians - fecking gobshites!

  • This is because of all the beaucrasy & red tape.

It stops being about being innovative & different for business & becomes a state of grabbing a peice of a pie.

So we end up with a "that works, lets do that" mentality.

Osborne touched on it when he spoke about our lack of R & D but I don't think he realises how deep that issue is.

When you stifle innovation our economy moves to a metality of just making money.

Britain was built by beared men in sheds, the history books show it.

  • And if you look at the whole retail sector, it is a timebomb waiting to go off because it is built on the same stupidity that got the financial sector in a mess...built on greed, run on incompetence.

You only have to look at how bad customer service is these days & the fact a unique selling point for some is having english speaking call centres.

This is because companies sources managers from their staff who are there to simply follow orders whilsr the actual management is done from H/O.

  • I don't believe that small business are as important as everybody thinks they are.

Over 13 years of Socialism we have fostered a mentality of "that works, let's do that" by which I mean that anything that appears to be making money, suddenly everybody wants a peice of the pie.

I know this because I spent years in retail, catering & service & I was told that this sector can never die. Now all I see on high streets are a slew of catering outlets.

Whaty do you think the end result will be?

  • xxxxqxqxqxqx

before you vote for any of these goons have a listen to

"The Outlaw Gordon Brown" right here on youtube.....

  • Why doesn't Blair "come out" and admit he's a capitalist principled person? The stuff he says sounds so tory...its as if he tries to re-write the labour landscape. Less hassle from reds if he's on their side eh? He fooled people in1997 with his toryesque soundbites to get the middle-class votes, but he sure as hell won't fool people a second time. Go back to your sleazy million-buck foreign business interests and leave the UK election alone. You got a political identity crisis. R U blue or red?

  • It's nice to hear well-spoken, educated southern accents for a change. Let's get shot of all those northern oafs and unintelligible jocks from this grand old parliament of ours.

  • @bogleby HI GEORGE HOW MUCH ARE GOING TO INHERIT £56 MILL NO WONDER YOU ARE GOING TO SCRAP IT NICE ONE GEORGE

  • I hope you don't represent Tory opinion. You are an ill bred snob.

  • What budgie? Where is the budgie?

  • God save us from another 5yrs of labour. Not even labour wants labour to be in. They sound like they've got no real desire to be in government again cos they know they ain't gonna be able to put it all right in 20 yrs let alone 5. Its time for the tories - let's make it happen folks!!!

  • Gerorge was an embarrasment on the Chancellors debate he came across like a feeble school teacher would couldn't control the kids in class never mind the economy. How on earth would vote Conservative after that?! Cabel won that debate by a landslide. Shame he won't be the chancellor. God save us from the Torys. It'll be more misery for the working people of this country just like it was in the Thatcher and Major era.

  • Things are always nice under Labour because they always spend money they don't have. Things are always tight under the Tories because they are having to pay off all the debt that Labour piddled away.

Just look at the ONS national debt figures, they sky rocket from 1997 onwards.

  • Bilderberg Rat

  • Stan Laurel with a suit....

Now lets take a look at what we have here - Mr Osborne started as a data data inputer for NHS, then moved to Selfridges before slipping in to a political advisors` role, then speach writter and secretary.

Now he wants to be Chancellor of the Exchequer - WHAT - You are kidding us on now, this is madness.

George is a complete novice, bereft of any experience or indeed a real job.

    NO THANKS

  • Stan Laurel! NO. He was a good Cumbrian lad was Stan Laurel.

Watch this video of him - it will break your heart, copy and paste youtubb search,

  • CONSERVATIVES TO WIN 2010

  • As far as economic principles go he and Cam seem to blame Labour for raising taxes (NI) or praising them for cutting them (Stamp duty) while saying there need to be cuts to public spending - the whole package being presented by the Tories needs to make more sense- not this cut cake and still have it type policy. Hence, people are hoping Cable gets in thru the back door- more grounds for faith

  • I would be very surprised if the Tories have a majority. The problem is the Tory front bench's lack of beards and lack of colour. The Lib Dems have one beard while Labour have Sadiq Khan. Slim pickings indeed. I don't know if Ozzy is capable of growing a decent beard in time for the election - it might be too puny and laughable. But as indy4ever says he should give it a go. Perhaps leave it stubbly and then grow it nicely in the summer.

  • I wouldn't go far as to say NL aren't dead n buried. Lookin at Brown today makin his worthless pledges, he looks n sounds like he wants to be dead and buried to avoid another 5 yrs of pretending to us he's got it under control. He knows pay back time for his mishandling of the economy fast approaches and he seems not to have the bottle for it. He looks n sounds physically spent just like the UKs finances, and I think he's hopin for a hung parliamt to help him out the dire mess.

    TORIES 2 WIN

  • I keep asking myself this question - why are NL still not dead and buried and why are there polls from the Independent saying people trust NL more than the tories on the economy? Either it is because they are a Labour paper carefully selecting segments of people they speak to or there are a lot of poorly informed people in the UK. Im guessing that this Mob are playing their usual Media Management games and some people still listen to them.

  • in stafford, labour had plans to build a new shopping centre on the site of an old (and now demolished) leisure centre. sure, it would've have cost money, but that money would've been earnt back and around 400 jobs would've been created. as soon as a conservative council was elected, you scrapped those plans and built a flat car park. you then dug up the roads around The Four Crosses and Sandon Road, thus crippling the small businesses which relied on it's public access.

    keep up the good work.

  • I won't be voting for any party and I certainly will not even contemplate the BNP. They're a dispicably abhorrent party.

  • I'll trust him with my taxes after he grows a beard.

  • George, these fiat currencies will be worth nothing in the future because the belief structure behind them will evapourate just as woshipping of religions evapourates. They are all based upon beliefs. I'm designing a new economic model, one that gives power back to the individual, one that gives them the liberty they seek, one that establishes true negotiations between one person and another. It already exists but people do not recognise it. A version is here on this very You Tube page.

  • How dumb d'you have to be to still think the conservative party is the only one with millioaires in it?. There's plenty in all parties, specially labour, so its unintelligent for labour fans to argue about that.

Lord Android Adonis, so glad you were defeated today on the 3rd Heathrow runway issue.Your mean expressionless face on the TV in hopeless defeat made you look even colder and sub-human than normal. You're far more out of touch with ordinary people than anyone in the tories.

  • Oik
