@danelio not necessarily true, though the zr1 is a great car and has the fastest official laptime of the nurburgring of 7:26.4, the LFA boasts a recorded but unofficial laptime of 7:24, which room to spare as there are only 2 near-final production LFA's currently touring the world. I don't know where you get emotional about it being overpriced and not great and that the zr1 would destroy it in everything (because you just don't know), you simply are just stating your personal biased opinion.

I agree 100%. I think this car will be very good, but sadly I think Lexus have badly over-estimated themselves with this. It's not really ground breaking in any way and is technologically out of date when you compare key features like the gearbox to the ones Ferrari (especially) are using now.

Maybe in the future it could become like a 'cult hero' but I can't see it doing so well in the immediate future. I don't know of any die hard Lexus fans either!

I do like this car a lot, but considering for less money I could have any Ferrari, Lambo, Noble etc, it's not my first choice.

Facts are facts, LF-A even in pre-production trim had r*ped the GT-R and unofficially lapped in 7:21. The V Spec had nothing on the LF-A. It was still being developed at the time. The production model would have run close to 7:15, which would have been enough to be just about the fastest car around Nurburgring in the world beating out even Carrera GT and other supercars. Too bad, Lexus cancelled the LF-A program and put the LF-A in some warehouse.

Yes, the IS-F has other faults, but it's still a great car. However, BMW has just priced their M3 sedan below the Lexus' MSRP. That is going to hurt it a lot. Still...if not the IS-F, go for the LF-A! :D
