  • Strewth! If the recording date hadnt been put up here, i would have guessed at the late '40's. Just sounds so sophisticated for 1934. You can tell that Art Tatum influenced Teddy Wilson to a large extent in those trills and descending arabesques. Astounding piano playing

  • questa è la registrazione del 1940...la registrazione del 1934 è molto diversa...esiste anche una versione della Pablo(credo 1954) che si stacca da entrambe le precedenti...Tatum è geniale...

  • Mine just doesn't sound like this when I play it. I wish I had rhythm, but alas, I do not. I will forever be bound by my ability to play only classical style, where the count and the beat make sense.
