Hollywood is more affordable. London England is more affordable. The price is a concept not refflecting the actual value. People keep buying into it and perpetuating the unaffordable. Eventually our children will rent from a minority of rich people.

You might want do a little more research on your subject before making such statements as it doesn't bode too well for your credibility doing whatever it is you do.
