I loved that they used to do that sort of thing in their live shows. It added spice to older songs and allowed the band to show some of their personal interests and influences.

It's a Charvel Surfcaster. They first came out around 1992 for about $300 and were a big flop and quickly discontinued. They were ahead of their time! Now, they can fetch 1000 easy.
