@mrdonaldduckcool I'm from Serbia and not quite... Everything here is almost normal. But it is kinda hairy in the southern Serbia (where this was filmed) because of the lack of mechanization. This is still extreme snowfall for the continent interior. You Norwegians are at the ocean, no wonder you have high precipitation.
