I don't see any difference in hands size, and while they actually do vocal cord surgery, it's often not necessary. Just google the term FFS to see that this one is not extraordinary example.

@sucacinj1 Well thats your point of view. These videos don't claim to be real, they are a fictional fantasy. Many of us believe that lightening up a bit on TG issues might help get the general public to accept TG a bit more. Like it says in the notes to the video. When gay men began poking fun at themselves a bit rather than being defensive the whole time many people were able to see them as real people, not just freaks to be avoided.
