i think this movie is great-its spooky, the scene where steve parent dies is artistically creepy and suspensfully shot. the lack of dialoge gives scenes a surreal, french feel. the killers/ victims actors Aare above average3come off like real people, not characters. i believe they do the actual persons justice. on a personal note, the actress portraying killer susan atkins is yum yummy. i got an instant crush for her. some parts of this movie are amaturish, but overall, its great artful dramA!
House layout is wrong, gate is not even similar, Steven Parent drove a Rambler not a Bug...on and on nonsense. Questionable on Atkins stabbing Tate (Bugliosi thinks she did).

The acting was terrible and the whole movie was obvious exploitation. I believe that this is the film that Roman Polanski with the help of Warren Beatty et al tried to stop being produced.

Everyone in the Cielo house was into drugs, sex, and the occult.
They didn't deserve to die because of this but this type of lifestyle invites the weirdos in.
I have read that the LaBianca's were into drugs too but I don't know if that

A scary film to say the least. The actress that played Sharon Tate needs acting lessons.
Sharon was hysterical that night, this actress behaves like What's next guys?

Oddly enough, dispite it's inaccuracies, it is the most accurate. In that Susan doesn't kill Sharon but Tex does, and the mood of the thing.
