I posted previously and I have to amend my post. I'm Detroit biased so even though I gave him props I short chainged him. In going back and really checking out Wanderer Coultrain is a step above what I mentioned. Why isn't Green getting national play!!!!
This guy is the real deal. He is in the same genre that is coming out of Detroit, J. Dilla, Dwele and PPP descended from Slum Village. The evolution of Soul, Jazz and Hip/Hop. I'm really into this so called Neo Soul movement.

This kat is where music SHOULD BE. "Green" & "Love Meaning" are two of my new favorite tracks. Like Janelle Monae & Anthony David, Coultrain incorporates the influence of past soul acts without letting it overshadow who he is as an individual artist. (i.e. Ne-Yo, Chris Brown, Justin Timberlake--the Michael Jackson wannabes) You definitely feel an old skool, "Al Green" vibe to his songs' instrumentation, but his sound is distinct & I'm looking forward to hearing more from him in the near future!
So fresh.... I really want to see this brotha get the exposure he deserves. You can literally feel his love for the art.

Famlee, you HAVE to post some video content on here of one of your tracks (esp. Green), even if it's just a slideshow. Push your product, Homie!
