Easter is when Jesus died on the cross for claiming he was/is God then he rose from the dead giving rise to Christianity,for when people saw with their own eyes,then they believed.
No one else claimed to be God but Jesus.
No prophets were to come after Jesus except false ones,to teach Jesus didn't die on the cross,that God tricked another,that Jesus was soley a prophet prove Muhammad was a false prophet.

When Muslims were taught Jesus didn't die on the cross and when they were taught Jesus was only a prophet to which they ignore all his teachings,when Muslims were taught the bible was corrupt because it proved Muh was a false prophet,then there is no value of any or every Muslims's viewpoint on Easter
