i love Joe and Mileys versions of the climb.

But i think Joe actually sings it better, he makes Miley sound so flat when they are put together. Joe's voice is really soft and hers sounds really squeeky. <3

I love both versions but I like Joe's version better because he has a better voice. You can tell when Joe's voice is mixed because he sang live on X Factor for 10 weeks straight, whereas with Miley you wouldn't notice until she sang the song live.

However, I do have to say that Miley does not believe in lip syncing - even when she is creating music videos she truly believes in actually singing the song, even though that section of her voice won't be the final one. Likewise, this video and the one of Joe are put together and mixed my me - and I sped Joe's up and slowed Miley's down, so anything not lined up is a result of me - not them. But thanks for the comment :)

Joe never loses the melody in singing the Song...Miley @ times seems to talk the words rather then sing them in melody...Miley never had to make "The Climb", she's very talented but let's face it a lot of what Miley has accomplished is because her Dad Billy Joe got her the breaks neccessary to avoid "The Climb"...Joe's had to make "The Climb" based on his Voice & Talent alone with no one there to make it easy for him..The Winner: Joe

You really can't tell who is better just because they sing in different pitches. I tried as best I could in the limited amount of time I had to align the pitches and make a harmony. Since Miley sings higher, however, the sound waves are rendered differently, even when brought to a lower pitch, same with Joe.

Honestly, I think Joe has a better voice, but Miley still has a lot more emotion in hers - give and take.
