So far this young woman is looking like a horrible excuse for a parent. She gets her child up in the middle of the night because she's pissed at her mother.. she could've waited until morning rather than jolting him out of a sound sleep. She then allows friends to smoke in front of the kid, right in the same room with him.

I just had to watch this film after having seen the real life report on this terrible case. The grandmother, my goodness what an awful human being. I was absolutely shocked to discover that the repulsive woman was allowed to have access to the little boy after she was found out to be a fraud!
@jayden2595 I don't think so..it's the only way you can download dvds onto your computer using that software. I've used it myself because my comp didn't come with an inbuilt dvd burner and that was the only software I could find that was free.

According to a blog post (blogspot.com) this movie is about an obsessive grandmother (Jackson) making false allegations in order to gain custody of her grandson.
@themirrorsofmymind - Yes, I saw a documentary about this story a year or two ago. Here on youtube, in fact. I wish I could remember the name of it. Unbelievable what that woman did to her daughter and grandson.
She might become 'evil' later, but right now the grandmother is the only responcible adult in this movie.
