If an inspection doesn't reveal any problems with the foundations or the structure of the house, a slightly uneven floor will not bother me very much, especially if it's isolated in only one part of the home. There are a lot of old homes in Canada that have similar settlement anomalies, but they're still considered very sound and sturdy, even after standing for hundreds of years.
