@DarkXNexus Actually, I play this deck and I have started off with a field of 2 Catastor, 2 Great Tornado and a Tengu. Also, Tengu is going to get Semi-limited because to limit it is to defeat it's purpose.
^-^ Try running Elemental HERO Prisma because as long as you have a Terra Firma in your extra deck, you can dump Elemental HERO Oceans into the graveyard. It also opens the option to run The Shining.
For bringing out Masked HERO Vapor, you can use Instant Fusion to bring out Elemental HERO Mariner to use with Mask Change. Since you run tuners, this can also boost the synchro support in this deck as there are less ways to special summon monsters in this deck than many others.

You should try Tengu Plant HEROS (HERO deck + Plat and Tengu Engine w/ E-HERO Great Tornado). They are good

@MrRagekeepers yea its crossed my mind. I actually do have an anti meta hero deck that runs tengu, but its built using current TCG
