It's "lip sync". And unless this is a vid of her lips moving, you can't say that she isn't singing.

And by far, she is one of the one singers that actually sing in real life, not lip sync to a recording of her own song. If you listened to her live, it's definitely different than her CD, and you even hear a slight mistake once in a while.
