  • There are two types of meditation, passive and active. Passive meditation stills the mind, while active meditation engages the mind. With no activity in the mind the meditator can grow in the stillness, or he can be bored. Seems like you prefer active meditation.   • BH! Yes I too would like to know the tuning, Like the flame I also reach up and at times am restricted & again swell & reach.I would of liked to see it's light in the darkness,however,it's light is brighter than the sun,if only mine could be.Thanks for the light.BH! Be well!
