Melina did not botch the move, if anyone is to blame it is Jillian, for the fact that she constantly holds Melina at her heels for the move, which is the incorrect way to sell it. You are supposed to hold the person at their thighs which secures the person while they are seated on the back. The reason Melina slipped off is because she wasn't held properly by Jillian.

Melina didnt botch her own move, it looks like Jillian lost her balance and kind of straighten up, which made Melina lose her momentum and try to balance herself but she had no where to get but forward. Oh well HHH has botched his finisher and CM Punk has broken noses. Oh well.
