macromedia dreamweaver tutorial 4

can you please tell me how to start with all of the "add-on" files\folders?

i mean, where do i get all of the flash files and the quotes.xml file?

i had dreamweaver cs4 before and built my first website with it. now i just bought macromedia dreamweaver 8. does it work the same as the DW cs4? because when i try to link pages it does not work. can anyone help me please? will be appreciated

how do I use this with my Yahoo account ? what do I put where it says " what folder on the server do you want to store the files in" and "what is FTP login",
