I don't want to sound like a commercial but also I don't want to be ungrateful...I've been using Forumotion and made a couple forums with it, and I can only say the best thing about it.
You have all the features that one great forum can have and they are COMPLETELY FREE.
What is not free is just clean domain name(of course :D), storage space, and adds restriction. But as long as I know its pretty afforadable.
The only real downside IMO is inability to cannot transfer forum data to another host.

At 0:46 , your name "admin" on the right, under last posts, is white.... how do you make it white? Mine is blue and I can't change it (it messes up with my background).
Please let me know.
