Pineapple weed. Wild Edible/Wild Tea

Pineapple weed has many of the same medicinal values as Chamomile. It does not dry/store as well as Chamomile does though, so you are better off using it fresh. Be careful when using wild Chamomiles. Mayweed, for instance, is inedible. Fortunately, it has a foul odor when you crush it, and that is an easy way to tell it is Mayweed, If you crush the flower bud, and it smells of apple or pineapple- it's edible. @InWordAndDeed yeah best way to identify this one for me is the smell. Guess you have to have a good sense of smell and mine is scary good!! My granddaughter loves it too!

@sandanbob Fairly new for me too. Though as a kid I remember I used to play with the flowers and crush them up and stuff. They always smelled cool!
