PS: what does the rubbing of (waterpaper?) all over your surface do?

    Inspiring video,

    Thanks!

  • Elizabeth tyler is in my opinion a true master of her Art and for me the most exciting Artist i have found on the web, and believe me ive done a lot of looking. as a painter myself Elizabeth's works are an inspiration to me and that drives me on to try to get better. if you guys are bored ive uploaded vid of some of my paintings, and sculptures with my own songs as backing tracks. click on the blue jimzsta

  • Buen trabajo..

  • thank you

  • I have been trying to understand the white substance that you add to protect some parts from getting painted, is it glue?

  • I was watching this video. and i saw her use a pen that had a dial on it. I think she used it to put masking fluid on . I have seen these pens before. Does anybody know what the name of it is. Or where you can buy them. Thanks

  • @JCmercy4me This is called a ruling pen, really for drawing different width lines in ink, adjusted by turning the screw dial. Easy to buy from Art/Drawing supplies. Perfect for applying masking fluid to paintings, saves risking ruining a brush.

  • very beautiful - just started to learn watercolor painting this past year, very inspirational, cheers :)

  • Elizabeth beautiful work. can you tell me the name of the pen with the dial on it that you are using? Is it a Payzant? Thanks

  • This is wonderful, I've enjoyed watching the buiding of the painting from drawing to black to color. I am a beginner painter and you have given me ideas of tools I can use to create paintings and how to see all of the colors and textures in the rocks.

  • what a gift! you are awe inspireing.

  • So Beautiful and relaxing to watch. What kind of "glue" or masking material was that you applied @ 0:23 and peeled off @ 0:45? Thank you for sharing.

  • @cut2lovesstory It's called Art Masking Medium, you can buy it in any well assorted art material shop.

  • @cut2lovesstory

Masking fluid was used to protect the area that the artist did not want to paint.

  • @zombiefighter007 Long bristles on hoghair brushes tend to bend and spread out under pressure so for tight corners and smaller details I cut the bristles shorter.
