@NicMtthw with a stock 6.5hp motor and a comet toque converter the baja mini bike can do 50 mph. That little sucker with the 6.5 and the torque converter could probably do a bit better, but that would be scary on that tiny bike at high speeds.

yep, it definitely can. but it depends where you're riding. i rode on my street which is pretty flat but if you're on a hill, even a slight one, you'll hit 30 easily. and then if you're not happy with stock settings you can always loosen the govenor and such but that's up to you. hope this helped..
