To reach this warm city, you must enter the SS Anne and once got into the cabins HM1 and let yourself lose. Go to the Pokémon Center. Now, defeat the Elite Four 7 times in a row without saving or healing the Pokemon. When you have accomplished, instead of appearing in Pallet Town, you'll appear on the SS Anne. Come in and take you to the city that has everything.

Why would they keep this in the beta? this song is pretty cool but it's pretty uptempo and different that the rest of the songs. which leads me to believe this is was cut because it made for something that was cut. i wonder what is was.
