True, but actually you can wear either Geta or Zori with either a Yukata or Kimono but usually people wear Geta alongside with a Yukata. If you were wearing a pair of Geta with a Kimono, you would need to wear it with "tabi" (Toe socks, Japanese style).

They are very easy to obtain. All you have to do is complete the first mission at Luca and then talk to brother and then anachronistically talk to Shinra.

It's called a geta, a type of japanese sandal normally worn with kimono or yukata (for eg. at an omatsuri? ;p) the basic ones have a random chance of casting an entry level, -ra level or -ga level elemental spell, whereas the Flare and Ultima versions either cast something like death, break, blind, silence etc... or Flare/Ultima.

Rikku again looks ok in this Dress Sphere. Most of the time Rikku looks average at best in dress spheres. Yuna usually has the best looking version and Paine has the coolest looking version. If Rikku didn't get mainly purple and yellow then she would look better in the dress spheres

By the "universal game", I believe you are referring to the International version. If so, than it is also the Japanese version. And, yes, it is only in the international version.
