  • @0:50 the two daleks in the background look like their thinking "What is this guy talking about?" lol XD

  • Thank you, Dalek. That was a very nice, well prepared speech.

  • yet another inspiration for a Spore Dalek thanks

  • could you possibly put the dalek model for download ?

  • Cool remake of Genesis of the Daleks!!

  • What did you make this in? I think this looks better than the classic series of Doctor who. Just one question. Why does the lead Dalek have a red eye?

  • @tardiskeeper6 This was made in 3d studio max, its the 3d modelling program most games companies use, to do games and cinematics. The reason i gave the black dalek a red eye is because i thought it would make him look evil, also the RTD's era daleks were originally meant to have red eyes to make them more meancing, so i added it to see what it would be like, and cheers!

dalek 1: who's that idiot talking to?

    dalek 2: i dunno.

  • my old man always says the 2010 vortex looks like "a ride through a cholesterol-ridden artery"!

very nice grey daleks... not so keen on the gold-trim on the supreme though.

  • Well your CGI work is just getting better and better, look forward to your next project.

  • Brillient daleks,i really think they are cool.

  • wow, i cant figure out how to do voice to lights on blender at the moment , this is great

  • @dalekidea Thanks! I remember when i first looked at blender i thought OMG at the interface lol. Thats the brillant thing about Cinema is you can load the soundfile show that is shows up on the timeline slider so when you play the animation or scroll the timeline the sound plays. Then is just a case of creating keyframes with the lights.

  • A highly successful test, I should say!

  • @CyberPlanner Thank you very much : ) !

  • WOW! Amazing stuff! Will you be doing any Big Finish stuff with CGI?

  • @OwenDWF I'm certinaly going to try! : )

  • @AnubisX1

Brilliant! I cant wait for some more of the CGI Stuff.

Will you be doing CGI as aswell as Stop Motion?

  • @OwenDWF My plan is to merge, both types of animation together, so i will have a stop motion film but with cgi elements to it. I will also be doing CGI on its own as that is what i am going to be studying at uni.

  • @AnubisX1

Good! So, like CGI Spaceships and stuff?

  • @OwenDWF Yip that kind of stuff, In fact i have been working on a Dalek Saucer, Not quite finished yet, i have had to do a bit of reworking on it as texturing the model i had was proving to be a nightmare, but that is the plan. Also to try and do landscapes as well with green screening stuff.
