Ok so I would reccomend waxing, tweezing, or threading or even body sugaring. I would reccomend laser hair removal, because the removal is perminent, and wont grow back at all! Tweezing is ok because when you start when you get older it wont grow back because youve took out the roots sso long. Waxing can irritate the skin and i is harsh t your skin when you yank the cloth and can create intense pain and redness

I got my lip waxed, dont worry it doesn't hurt as much as u think, although it stings for 10 minuits but less then a rubber band and after your face feels like plastic for a while LOL

@tuxgrrl it wouldbe noticeable under certain light and if some1 is sitting up close to you. ive tried it on my eyebrows once and it wsnt too bad, never tried it on my upper lip though, too risky... however, go for threading, which is what i do now, it's the way to go :)

Actually ladies, shaving DOES NOT make hair grow back thicker! Shaving cuts the hair down at angle, so that when It does grows back, it feels coars and prickly. You can shave your entire face (why you would want to is just silly) but you still wont end up looking like an ape even after the facial has grown back. The fact that so many women still believe this old "wives tale" is rather ignorant. I'm a very dark complected woman and I save everyting except my face.

@Milkpaw LOL yeah, horomones determine how dark or thick your hair is going to grow in, It also determines which areas of the body is going to grow the hair. Talk to anybody in the skin care field and ask them the best ways to remove hair and how it works. Plucking hair kills the hair follicle, over time that follicle will become damaged and will no longer grow the hair. Same with waxing and threading. All shaving does is cut through the hair shaft. that's why you get stubble after a few hours.
shaving just cuts the hair down but It's still the same hair that was there before! lol therefore, shaving cannot and DOES NOT make you grow more hair. Hair that has never been removed before may grow back looking darker and thicker, but that's only because it has not had sun exposure to fade it, over time, it will look just the same as it always did ;)
Hair does not grow back thicker..it only seems thicker because the end is squared off. Shaving is good if you don't want the possibility of ingrown hairs which can happen with tweezing and waxing. The hair stretches, breaks and rolls back under the skin. It's painful.
I hesistated about the results. But dont worry , it actually comes out looking thinner. SERIOUSLY :D I REPEAT, wax. I bought Sally Hansen wax kit. Don't thread . Well you can. But Im just going to tell youuu , it hurts [x
@TheMileyMia If you have dark hair, it does show. The spots you see on the girls legs are the hair under her skin, and it gets worse when you shave for a really long time.
Shaving is the worst thing you can do. The hair will grow back thicker, more, and it will grow back spikey, not soft. Also, when you shave you still see the roots in your skin, and the hair grows back after a day or two. If you are a female and you have body hair, DONT EVER SHAVE! Thumbs this up so people can see.

@strokemynuts Sure, you can shave your legs. Its just very bad when you shave stomach hair and facial hair because what you are trying to hide gets thicker. Its the same with leghair, but everybody has leg hair so it never hurts. But shaving facial hair and stomach hair will just make it more visible, and what if you special someone wants to kiss you or be more intimate .. if he kisses your upperlip, he'll feel the spikes under his lip. @MyGreenCrystals Acutally it doesnt grow back thicker. When going to have some IPL done they told me I had to make sure it wasn't to long and to shave it a few days before. I didn't want to because I always thought it would grow back thicker. The tech told me it was a myth. It appears that way because the hair grows back at an angel. If it were to grow back thicker womens legs would be as hairy as a gorilla's. You do see a shadow like you said and it does get prickly pretty fast.

I'm telling ya that laser hair removal does not work . I know many people that have tried it with different colour of skin and it has proven to not work The best way is waxing as it pulls the hair from the roots and threading is also really good but make sure you do it the correct way with threading make sure you pull the whole hair out and not cut it whilst you threadingf it of. Some people are more paranoid about their facial hair even though it may not be visible as much as they think.
I'm hispanic and we tend to be hairer ladies. I wax my eyebrows at a salon, and only pluck the sray hairs on my upper lip with tweezers. Not the whole thing because it's only noticable on the sides. And I only have one hair on my chin that visits me every couple of weeks that is a pluckable. :)

Actually ladies, shaving DOES NOT make hair grow back thicker! Shaving cuts the hair down at angle, so that when It does grows back, it feels coars and prickly. You can shave your entire face (why you would want to is just silly) but you still wont end up looking like an ape even after the facial has grown back. The fact that so many women still believe this old "wives tale" is rather ignorant. I'm a very dark complected woman and I save everyting except my face.

@Milkpaw LOL yeah, horomones determine how dark or thick your hair is going to grow in, It also determines which areas of the body is going to grow the hair. Talk to anybody in the skin care field and ask them the best ways to remove hair and how it works. Plucking hair kills the hair follicle, over time that follicle will become damaged and will no longer grow the hair. Same with waxing and threading. All shaving does is cut through the hair shaft. that's why you get stubble after a few hours.

shaving just cuts the hair down but It's still the same hair that was there before! lol therefore, shaving cannot and DOES NOT make you grow more hair. Hair that has never been removed before may grow back looking darker and thicker, but that's only because it has not had sun exposure to fade it, over time, it will look just the same as it always did ;)

Hair does not grow back thicker..it only seems thicker because the end is squared off. Shaving is good if you don't want the possibility of ingrown hairs which can happen with tweezing and waxing. The hair stretches, breaks and rolls back under the skin. It's painful.

Shaving is the worst thing you can do. The hair will grow back thicker, more, and it will grow back spikey, not soft. Also, when you shave you still see the roots in your skin, and the hair grows back after a day or two. If you are a female and you have body hair, DONT EVER SHAVE! Thumbs this up so people can see.

@strokemynuts Sure, you can shave your legs. Its just very bad when you shave stomach hair and facial hair because what you are trying to hide gets thicker. Its the same with leghair, but everybody has leg hair so it never hurts. But shaving facial hair and stomach hair will just make it more visible, and what if you special someone wants to kiss you or be more intimate .. if he kisses your upperlip, he'll feel the spikes under his lip. Not very sexy huh? :)

@MyGreenCrystals Acutally it doesnt grow back thicker. When going to have some IPL done they told me I had to make sure it wasn't to long and to shave it a few days before. I didn't want to because I always thought it would grow back thicker. The tech told me it was a myth. It appears that way because the hair grows back at an angel. If it were to grow back thicker womens legs would be as hairy as a gorilla's. You do see a shadow like you said and it does get prickly pretty fast.

I'm telling ya that laser hair removal does not work . I know many people that have tried it with different colour of skin and it has proven to not work The best way is waxing as it pulls the hair from the roots and threading is also really good but make sure you do it the correct way with threading make sure you pull the whole hair out and not cut it whilst you threadingf it of. Some people are more paranoid about their facial hair even though it may not be visible as much as they think.

I'm hispanic and we tend to be hairer ladies. I wax my eyebrows at a salon, and only pluck the sray hairs on my upper lip with tweezers. Not the whole thing because it's only noticable on the sides. And I only have one hair on my chin that visits me every couple of weeks that is a pluckable. :)
