  • Spinning is a joyful experience for kids. Part of their self-training/development, I suspect.

  • how do u know he's autistic? i mean he's just spinning...

  • Filming for the therapists is a great idea. Kids (or anyone really!) can behave so differently in different environments, and from day to day. Good idea.

  • fuck off fuck off

  • you are right mother instincts do rule! my doctors kept telling me my son wasnt having night terrors..... he would wake up0 or so i thought screaming and thrashing his body around.... they told me it was gas. now at 18 almost 19 months old they agree its night terrors " because i filmed it!" now we have him starting in a autism program in 2 months time.... something 3 doctors told me i was wrong in, finally a doctor agreeed to look in to it!

  • there are lots of diferent sings of autism, my son is three and have a diagnosis after lently proces, in my case it was preschool that refered him. look at his interaction with another children, does he play with them, does he follow unspoken rules, does he smile back. I thouth my son was so cool as he wasnt responding when strangers tried to make him laugh, he just simly didnt kow what the hell they are all about.

  • thanks for the comments....these therapists and drs are funny...as if they know your children, and if your child does things differently, to other children of course your going to speak up, i dont want my son to have meltdowns and hit and kick me, he is strong and will get stronger, all i want is help controlling things, its not much to ask, no backing down, aint no mountain high enough...,.good luck to you all

  • I film a lot of my daughter's stuff too because the two times that the OT and speech therapists came over she didn't do anything!! so frustrating! This is exactly what my daughter does

  • i know the feeling my son is three. He walks on his toes, has trouble comunicating, puts cars in lines, is obsesed with electricity, has almost no sence of pain or danger, and is supper passive.....and in the IU and yet no help and no progress
