I believe Homunculus is genderless. If you listen closely to the voice, it sounds like both male and female. Kind of like how God is usually portrayed in movies. Neither male nor female, or of both. But, it's easier to say "he". XD
oh man i loved this game. this part was funny i was like "lol...whut?" i never had a problem with knowing homunculus was a man though. at any rate it was a great game.

LOL!!! Homunclus is a man... sorry. I know, it does look like a woman, but you have to keep it mind that for some very strange reason... these Male Japanese Characters all kinda look like women. Hell, if you game Ike a females voice and I never played the game before, I would think he was a woman to.

i love this game! i wanted to be homunculus for halloween this year...but no i a not...homunculus...is...STRANGE! lol. i got every ending but B2 i think...i wanna get b2 but it keeps messing up on me. i have to reply it over again. gerr rawr. xD

The Homunculus' gender is kinda confusing, but my friend and I just think of him as a pretty boy. (I LOVE his/her voice also)

that's funny, i got endings A, B, and C today... this was such a lame game to play, yet the story/cutscenes were well worth the effort!
